The fine print, in plain English
Terms of Use
Last updated July 16, 2026
Ground Truth is a free, independent, educational resource about peptides. Using the site means you agree to these terms. We kept them short and readable on purpose.
What Ground Truth is, and what it isn't
Ground Truth is an educational and informational resource. We grade, cite, and explain the published evidence and the real-world record on peptides so you can make your own decisions with your eyes open.
We are not a medical practice, a pharmacy, a clinic, or a seller of any compound. Reading this site does not create a doctor–patient relationship. Nothing here is medical advice, a diagnosis, a prescription, or an offer to sell or supply any substance. Dosing information is reported, never prescribed.
No medical advice, and you accept the risk
Many peptides discussed here are not approved by the FDA for the uses people pursue, and some are not approved for any use in humans. The science is often thin, and we say so on every page. You are responsible for your own health decisions.
Talk to a licensed clinician before you act on anything you read here. Do not use this site to diagnose or treat a condition, and never disregard professional medical advice because of something you read on Ground Truth. You use the information at your own risk.
Who can use it
Ground Truth is intended for adults 18 or older. By using the site or creating an account, you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction.
Accounts and the Truth Tracker
You can use nearly all of Ground Truth without an account. The Truth Trackeris optional and lets you store and chart your own health data (like bloodwork and DEXA results). If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the activity under your account.
The Tracker is a personal record-keeping tool, not a medical device and not a monitoring service. It does not interpret your results as a clinician would, and it will not alert anyone if something looks wrong.
Your data stays yours
Anything you upload or enter into the Tracker belongs to you. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store it and process it so the Tracker can work (for example, reading a lab PDF to pull out the numbers and chart them). We do not sell it, and we do not share it except as described in our Privacy Policy. You can ask us to export or delete it at any time.
Fair use of the site
Please don't:
- scrape or bulk-copy the graded content to republish it as your own;
- use the site to break the law or harm others;
- try to breach, overload, or reverse-engineer the systems;
- or represent Ground Truth's content as personalized medical advice to anyone.
You're welcome to link to us, quote us with attribution, and use our free tools for your own decisions.
No warranties
We work hard to be accurate and to correct ourselves in the open when we're wrong. But the site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Evidence changes, grades change, and we cannot guarantee that every fact is current or error-free. Verify anything you plan to act on, the sources are public and linked for exactly that reason.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ground Truth and the people behind it are not liable for any decision you make or any harm you suffer based on information or tools on this site. Your sole remedy if you're unhappy with the site is to stop using it.
We take no money from sellers
Ground Truth sells nothing and takes no commissions, affiliate fees, or kickbacks from any peptide vendor. Links to studies, regulators, and occasionally to vendors are for your reference only and are not endorsements. If that ever changes, we will disclose it plainly and keep any commercial activity walled off from the graded content.
Changes, and how to reach us
We may update these terms as the site grows; the "last updated" date above always reflects the current version. Material changes will be noted on the site. Questions, corrections, or takedown requests: hello@groundtruthpeptides.com.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Plain-language summaries are written to be read, not to hide anything. If a summary and the detail ever seem to conflict, tell us and we'll fix the wording, we're not trying to trick anyone. Terms · Privacy
