What I actually ran, and why.

Every grade on this site is built to be checked against the evidence. These pages are the other half: the calls I made with my own body, the reasoning behind them, and what happened, including the ones I stopped.

One person is an anecdote. Nothing here moves a grade, and nothing here is advice. Read each story next to the compound's graded profile, and talk to a licensed clinician before you act on any of it.

How I run it

  • One change at a time, on its own day, so when something goes wrong there is one suspect.
  • Every dose is logged with the date, the amount and how I felt. These pages are built from that log.
  • I decide how I will judge a compound before I start it, not after.
  • When a compound has no marker I can test, I run it for a job and then stop.

SS-31: the vial I kept too long

The compound was fine. My handling of it was not. A mixed vial sat in the fridge for two and a half months.

Retatrutide: the low dose, on purpose

Most people run this for big weight loss. I run a fraction of the trial doses for glucose handling, and I adjust it week to week.

GHK-Cu: I inject it, and our own grade says the evidence is for skin

I run the injectable for one reason, healing after a skin laser, and I watch the copper because of it.

Pinealon: a sleep experiment, written down before the result

I am publishing the setup before I know the answer, so I cannot quietly rewrite the question later.

Tesamorelin and ipamorelin: water was the ceiling

I ran the growth-hormone pair with strict timing, cut the dose when the water came, and stopped when it would not leave.

BPC-157 and TB-500: why I stopped the two I trusted most

They were my first two. They carried me through a hernia and a laser recovery. Then I stopped, because nothing I could measure said keep going.

Thymosin alpha-1: a block, not a habit

An immune peptide with real human data, run as a defined block and then stopped cleanly.

MOTS-c: the one my body voted against

Three starts, three stops. The last one ended after a second reaction, and that is the end of the experiment.
